All teams in WESA are drafted. Coaches are selected before registration and then a draft is held to create all teams in all divisions.

Each team is named after one of the Team Sponsors. WESA is also proud to have League Sponsors. Each Sponsor helps reduce the cost to players and help WESA operate.
