Organization
The West End Slo-pitch Association is governed by its Constitution and Bylaws.
Rules of Play
WESA uses the Slo-Pitch National rulebook and the WESA League Appendices for rules of play.
Umpires
WESA engages SPN umpires for our league regular season and playoff games.
