WESA 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held virtually at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 22, 2024.
The AGM is open to all WESA 2024 Members (i.e. Regular, Associate, & Lifetime Members) in good standing. We encourage all Members to attend.
The AGM is restricted to current members only.
Connection details will be emailed prior to the AGM directly to each member.
The Agenda for the AGM is as follows:
- Verification of Quorum
- Opening of Meeting
- League Commissioner’s Report
- Reports from other Commissioners
- Resolution to Approve Commissioner’s Reports
- Presentation of Financial Statements
- Resolution to Approve Financial Statements
- Special Resolutions (if any received in accordance with WESA bylaws)
- Other Business
- Close of Meeting
In accordance with WESA Bylaws, para 16.d., Members may submit a Special Resolution, signed by a proposer and a seconder, to change the Constitution or the Bylaws at the Annual General Meeting. Special resolutions, including the name of the proposer and seconder, must be sent via email by Wednesday, October 02 , 2024, at 11:59 p.m., to Commission@WESA.net for it to be considered valid and presented at the AGM. Special resolutions received after that date will not be considered.
