RULES OF THE GAME
WESA games use the Slo-Pitch National Rulebook. Some WESA specific rules are contained in the League Appendices which is part of the WESA Governing Manual.
Where the WESA League Appendices and the SPN Rulebook conflict, the WESA League Appendices are followed.
