WESA has a long history of recognizing team success, player accomplishment, and member contributions to the league. This page contains recent and archival information going back to the early days.PRIDE POINTS;
WESA has introduced Pride Points in 2026 as a way to promote sportsmanship and community building. After each game, Team Management will submit feedback to the Commission on what their experience was like with the other team, and highlight players who stood out on the field. The season accumulation will be used at the end of the season at the WESA Awards Banquet Celebration.Special Awards
WESA Lifetime MemberLifetime Membership is the highest Award available to recognize the exceptional contribution of individuals to the sports club. It is therefore only awarded in exceptional circumstances. Lifetime Membership recipients have demonstrated significant, sustained, and high-quality service enhancing the reputation and future of WESA.
WESA Commissioner's AwardAwarded by the League Commissioner to individuals who have made contributions above and beyond expectations in the promotion of the goals and values of the league.

The Awards portion of the evening started off by acknowledging our amazing family of sponsors and our lifetime members present. The Commissioner's Award was presented to Darcy Simpson, a member since 2004 who has spent 15 years on the Commission in various capacities including six years as League Commissioner.
