WESA uses a few sources for its operations, conventions, rules, and best practices. All can be found in the WESA Governing Manual.
Organization
The West End Slo-pitch Association is governed by its Constitution and Bylaws are also found in the WESA Governing Manual.
Rules of Play
WESA uses the Slo-Pitch National rulebook and the WESA League Appendices section of the Governing Manual for rules of play.
Umpires
WESA engages SPN umpires for our league regular season and playoff games.
