OPERATIONS MANUAL
The WESA Operations Manual contains the operational procedures that the Commission and Committees take to make things happen.
League operations are subject to the WESA Consitution and Bylaws set by the membership, and the League Appendices and policies set by the Commission, all found in the WESA Governing Manual.
The DRAFT operations manual is being finalized and will be available here upon completion.
