Thank you for taking a few moments of your time to complete this important survey which will help guide the 2025 Commission with operations for our 47th Season next year!

The League will use all compiled information broadly for internal purposes only.  This includes getting an overall snapshot of who our membership is; what their experience was like for this season; and what options the League has for future evolution.  Please be forthright and candid in your responses as we are looking for genuine feedback as we continue striving for operational excellence.

All responses are strictly private and confidential and will not be shared to any external organizations or persons.

Please note that survey responses can only be submitted once per 2024 Member.  If you return to the survey, your previous responses will be overwritten by your new responses.
