**WESA Cup Tournament Weekend and Pacific Cup International Tournament recognitions are done at their respective awards parties.

COSTS TO BOOK A SEAT:

WESA continues to cover 2/3rds of the cost of the banquet for members. The system of placing a deposit has been discontinued, and replaced by the following fee structure:

TO RESERVE/PURCHASE:

• You will need to sign into your TeamLinkt account. 
• Always register/login as yourself ('Myself'), and NOT "A Family Member".  There will be a field for you to include the name of the person/member/guest that the reservation/purchase is for.
• Payments accepted by credit card only.
• RESERVATION & GUEST SALES WILL OPEN Wednesday August 7th, and be available until Sunday, August 25, 2024.  Please click on the link below.  

GUESTS WELCOME / MULTIPLE MEMBER RESERVATIONS/PURCHASES:

• Members are welcome to bring guest(s) at a cost of $79 each (plus transaction fees; non-refundable). 
• If you are purchasing for other members, or guests, you can revisit the registration link separately and do more:
  • Please note for Guests: there will always be a transaction fee for you each time you login to make purchase(s) for guests.  
  • For multiple Member purchases: there will be no transaction fee, but you will have to do this separately for each member reservation/purchase. 
  • The system is set-up this way and we are not able to change this process, so please plan accordingly.  
• You must note down the name of each person the reservation/purchase is for, during each reservation/purchase/session.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS:

• There will be vegetarian options available at the banquet.
• If you have any specific dietary restrictions, please advise us by Sunday, August 25, 2024, by emailing Communications (at) WESA.net, so we can pass this on to the hotel.
