The WESA 2023 Annual General Meeting will be held virtually at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 17, 2023.
The AGM is open to all WESA 2023 Members (i.e. Regular, Associate, & Lifetime Members) in good standing. We encourage all Members to attend.

The Agenda for the AGM is as follows:
- Verification of Quorum
- Opening of Meeting
- League Commissioner’s Report
- Reports from other Commissioners
- Resolution to Approve Commissioner’s Reports
- Presentation of Financial Statements
- Resolution to Approve Financial Statements
- Special Resolutions (if any received in accordance with WESA bylaws)
- Other Business
- Close of Meeting
In accordance with WESA Bylaws, para 16.d., Members may submit a Special Resolution, signed by a proposer and a seconder, to change the Constitution or the Bylaws at the Annual General Meeting. Special resolutions, including the name of the proposer and seconder, must be sent via email by Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at 11:59 p.m., to Commission@WESA.net for it to be considered valid and presented at the AGM. Special resolutions received after that date will not be considered.
